These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Book&Guides website and services. Book&Guides is a brand operated by AvenueBookCentre, a company incorporated under the laws of India. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, AvenueBookCentre owns the intellectual property rights for all material, product descriptions, catalog imagery, and brand designs published on this website under the Book&Guides brand. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

2. Storefront Checkout & Order Placement

By placing an order on our storefront, you verify that all details provided (such as delivery address, ZIP/PIN code, and customer phone number) are accurate. AvenueBookCentre reserves the right to cancel orders that contain invalid contact parameters or trigger anti-fraud warnings.

3. Shipping & Fulfilment

• Zone-Based Shipping: We utilize Indian Postal Service Speed Post and express logistics aggregators (e.g. Shiprocket) to deliver orders, with pricing calculated dynamically based on package weight and location (Local, State, National).
• Store Pick-Ups: Customers selecting store pick-up must collect items from our retail location in Bandra West, Mumbai, within 7 business days of order confirmation.

4. Bulk Orders Policy

Institutional inquiries submitted via our Bulk Orders wizard represent requests for quotation (RFQ) and do not constitute binding contracts until formal invoices are issued and payment clearing is finalized by AvenueBookCentre.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai. The legal entity responsible is AvenueBookCentre.
